This got me thinking. What if we made a point of asking the restaurants we frequent to consider composting?

- Draft a sample letter and postcards suggesting that restaurants look into composting.
Hey Rebekah! I think your idea to ask the resturants we patron if they do/would compost is great! Did you ever draft up the letter? I would love to be able to ask and perhaps leave something written with the business owner.
